Agreement

These terms govern your use of www.spigaproperty.com, our voice demo, and any applications or integrations operated by Spiga Consulting, a part of Spiga Property Group ("Spiga", "we", "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Consulting and build engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Use of our services

You agree not to:

• Use the services for anything unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Use the voice demo or any AI feature to generate abusive content or to impersonate others.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute our content without permission.

Connected accounts

Some features let you connect third-party accounts such as Google. You authorize us to access the data you approve solely to provide those features, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to connect those accounts, and you can revoke access at any time. Your use of third-party services is also subject to their own terms.

AI output

Our voice demo and AI features generate responses automatically. They can be inaccurate or incomplete and are not professional, legal, or financial advice. Verify important information before relying on it.

Intellectual property

The website, its content, design, and branding belong to Spiga or its licensors. You may view and share links to our content for personal or internal business use. Ownership of work delivered in client engagements is defined in the applicable engagement agreement.

Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spiga will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to these free services will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Termination

We may suspend or end access to the services at any time if you violate these terms or if we discontinue a service. You may stop using the services and revoke connected-account access at any time.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use after changes are posted means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Spiga Property Group is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
