We collect only what we need to talk with you, run our services, and improve this site. We never sell your data, and Google user data is used solely for the features you authorize.

Who we are

Spiga Consulting ("Spiga", "we", "us") is an AI and automation consultancy operated by Spiga Property Group. This policy covers our website at www.spigaproperty.com, our voice demo, and any applications or integrations we operate that connect to third-party accounts, including Google accounts.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, email, company, and anything you share when you book a call, email us, or talk to our voice demo.
  • Voice demo data: when you start a call, audio from your microphone is streamed to our voice provider (Vapi) to generate responses. Calls may be transcribed and recorded so we can review quality and follow up.
  • Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and referral source, collected through Google Analytics cookies.
  • Google user data: if you sign in with Google or authorize one of our applications, we receive only the data covered by the permissions (scopes) you approve on Google's consent screen — for example your name, email address, and profile picture, and, where a feature requires it, specific data such as calendar events, emails, or files.

How we use information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your data for advertising.

  • To respond to inquiries, schedule and run consultations, and deliver the services you engage us for.
  • To operate the features you explicitly request, such as automations that read or act on data in your connected accounts.
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it.
  • To keep our services secure and comply with legal obligations.

Google API services

Spiga's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically: we use Google user data only to provide or improve the user-facing features you authorized; we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide those features, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you; we do not use it to serve advertising; and no human reads it unless you give us explicit permission, it is necessary for security purposes or to comply with law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

You can revoke our access at any time from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, under contracts that limit their use of it: Vercel (hosting), Google (analytics and Workspace), Vapi and its model, speech, and voice providers (voice demo), and Calendly (scheduling). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Data obtained through Google APIs is deleted when you revoke access or request deletion. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, email rafamaya@spigaproperty.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), least-privilege access, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Cookies and your choices

We use Google Analytics cookies to measure site usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to object to certain processing — contact us to exercise them.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
